Here's another way to make pumpkins a fun and yummy part of your October:
Cut a face into any size flour tortilla.

Brush the tortilla with vegetable oil that has been tinted with 2 parts yellow and 1 part red food coloring.

Fry it gently (both sides) and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar while still warm.

Yum.

What a great idea! My 5 year old keeps begging to carve his pumpkin...but I don't want to do it until the week before Halloween so it doesn't wilt. But this is a great idea!
